Mezana has signed a sub-contract agreement for the turn-key contruction of the SS-4 Unit (Sub-station Unit 4) for the 2.5 billion valued Tupras Izmit Refinery RUP project. The project has undertaken by the Spanish Contractor Technicas Reunidas, Tekfen Insaat was the main subcontractor for the Civil and Infrastructural works. The building had a total constructed area of 7.500 sqm, and the works have started in July 2012 and have completed in March 2013.
